This month we like to introduce our Sales Support Administrator – Rhianne Boardman
What is your role at Cloudcell?
I am the Sales Support Administrator and I support the sales team. Majority of my role involves jobs booking, receiving requests from customers, creating orders, then scheduling the engineers.
What were you doing before joining the Cloudcell team?
I graduated from University last year with a degree in Primary Education with QTS (slightly different to delivering broadband). After graduating I spent 3 months working and travelling in America.
What do you enjoy about working at Cloudcell?
Cloudcell is such a great place to work. I love being part of a small team where I have regular interactions with my fellow team members from all areas of the business.
What does your job look like on a day to day basis?
My usual day involves processing requests, creating quotes and orders, liaising with the customers and our engineering team to schedule jobs into the calendar, and keeping all our internal documents up to date.
What do you do in your free time?
It depends what mood I’m in. Some nights I go to the gym, other nights I enjoy watching TV with my family. Most weekends you will either find me catching up with friends/family or watching the football (YNWA).
What is your favourite book or movie?
My answer changes every time but one of my favourite movies is The Breakfast Club. I love everything about the movie, especially the soundtrack.
What is your favourite meal?
Anything with pasta. I could eat my home-made Carbonara any day of the week.
Tell us one thing your colleagues would be surprised to learn about you?
Well…I played football for around 10 years, during my time at School and College, but quit once I started University.
