This month we like to introduce our Key Account and Operations Manager – Lou Duggan.
What is your role at Cloudcell?
I am the ‘Key Account and Operations Manager’. I work alongside my team implementing and coordinating operational processes whilst ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
What were you doing before joining the Cloudcell team?
Before returning from a maternity break, I worked as a Medical Secretary for a local Mental Health NHS Trust for a busy team of doctors, managing diaries, reporting and coordinating patient clinics/appointments.
What do you enjoy about working at Cloudcell?
I love seeing the development of my team and how they contribute to the effectiveness of excellent customer service. My role is varied and busy, managing front end operations and working with our customers enabling the best account based solutions.
What does your job look like on a day to day basis?
It’s busy, that’s for sure – mainly customer support, account queries, service delivery, operational coordination and multi team interaction.
What do you do in your free time?
As a working mum, I enjoy time with my children and for headspace I exercise every day. If I am not at an exercise class, you will find me power walking up the hill opposite my house located in the midst of a countryside village.
What is your favourite book or movie?
Hmmm…I couldn’t really say – I like all the classics and I am also a secret Aardman animation fan. Wallace and Gromit are my favourite characters.
What is your favourite meal?
I am a great lover of seafood, so anything fishy is always my preference.
Tell us one thing your colleagues would be surprised to learn about you?
I lived in the French Alps for 5 years, running my own business in the winter seasons and spent the associated summers working on family campsites in Italy thus satisfying my adoration for the great outdoors.
